IC Breakout, LLC is family owned and operated business based out of the beautiful Reno, NV. We opened up shop in 2014 with the goal of being a dedicated resource for the electronic engineer.

We are in business to provide solutions that speed development, mitigate delays and resolve some of the simple problems engineers face when developing and manufacturing new products.

We operate an advanced assembly line in Reno, NV running high mix low volume (HMLV) assemblies on our Mycronic My300 pick and place system. We reflow all our assemblies with the most advanced Vaper Phase process for high quality final assemblies to our customers.
