Good quality Breakout Board

Leads are well aligned and through holes are properly labeled. This was my first time soldering a QFN-16 chip and it took me a while to get it right - a lot of reheating and cleaning up old solder. This board handled it very well. I don't see any damaged tracks or leads. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the thermal (exposed) pad is not connected to any through hole, so there's no way to connect the thermal (exposed) pad to ground if the chip requires it. Thankfully my chip doesn't require it.
